This is an interesting database related to schemas and the associative structure of our semantic memory:
http://www.eat.rl.ac.uk/ It is based on research on what people tend to associate first with certain words when asked to make a free association to a word. "A" for instance, people tend to associate with "B", "book" is often associated with "library" or "read", "pyramid" to "Egypt" or "triangle", and so on.
