Blood on the tracks In this experiment they used the classic runaway train dilemma. It involves the issue whether it is right to sacrifice one man in order to save the lives of five people. Depending on how the scenario is presented, people will give different answers. This study showed that the general mood of the individual affected their decision. So it provides some evidence that emotion is involved in moral decision making.
